Margaret, known as "Nan" to many, turned 85 on November 18, 2006. She was born in 1921 to Viola & David Tennent. She lived for a few years in South Carolina and then moved to Caledonia. Graduating from Caledonia High School in 1939.

   She married Charles Reed June 15, 1943. They built a house on Leicester Road, where Margaret still lives. They had four children Larry, Maureen, Joyce & David. Margaret has 8 grandchildren Mike, Kim, Celyn & Jonathan Reed, Josh & Erin Randall, Stephen Fisher and Shannon Muellner and 5 great-grandchildren Max & Camden Reed, Jordan & Ethan Fisher and Morgan Randall.
