Transportation Request Forms are available on line for the 2009-2010 school year. Click on the form link below to print out a Bus Transportation Form for each of your children. As of July 1, 2009, all studentsí transportation arrangements have defaulted to their home addresses for pick up and drop off.
In order to ensure safe and efficient transportation for all students, parents are required to submit a new form each year for all elementary students. In the case of students in Grades 6-12, if a bus change is necessary for child care, you will need to submit a transportation request form, otherwise, all students in Grades 6-12, who are eligible for transportation, are picked up and dropped off at their home addresses.
The deadline for submitting this form is Monday, August 3, 2009. These can be mailed to the Transportation Department or dropped off to any building office, or faxed to (585) 538-3424. Starting August 10, letters will be sent from the Transportation Department stating the arrangements for your student(s). If forms are received after August 3, information on it may not be reflected on the letter you will receive. We will attempt to be sure that all letters have the correct transportation arrangements and are asking for your help by getting us the forms before the August 3 deadline. Any changes received after Friday, September 4, 2009, can not be in effect until Monday, September 14, 2009.
